How do you create a report with the following setup?

Entity A Account 1 n1
Entity A Account 2 n2
  Difference n3
Entity B Account 1 n4
Entity B Account 2 n5
  Difference n6

and so on.

You want the Entity dimension members to be dynamic based on the user point of view (POV). 
The Account dimension members are specified.
