Symptoms

On a newly cloned environment users cannot connect to Discoverer Plus.  The applet does not load.

load: class oracle.disco.DiscoApplet not found.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.disco.DiscoApplet

Changes

The source environment (that is working) was cloned.  

The script clone.pl was run on the source instance.
