As part of the diagnosis-resolution process, Oracle utilities and tools may collect production data from the systems on which they are run.
This document lists types of output from these utilities and tools, and explains how a Customer may edit the output to remove any sensitive data that the Customer does not want to disclose to Oracle Global Customer Support (GCS) in advance of sending files to GCS for Service Request (SR) diagnosis-resolution.
