Purpose

The purpose of this document is to assist customers in troubleshooting the different scenarios, causes and resolutions for known issues with Server Manager Agent on Windows platform and Enterprise Servers.

This knowledge document is designed to direct you through basic JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Server Manager Agent functionality and known issues. The document is not meant as a substitute for the Server Manager Guide, but as an aid for a better understanding on troubleshooting Server Manager Agent processes.
