E1: UPG: HowTo - Custom Data Dictionary Items Not Merged After Upgrade (Doc ID 1056735.1)

Data Dictionary (DD) problems after upgrade from EnterpriseOne 8.10 to 9.0 application release level, DV environment.
Customer has lost all DD item Z55* from table F9200. And some DD items (i.e LOCN) have lost parameters (For example, row security is checked for LOCN in E1 8.10 and the parameter is NOT checked in E1 9.0).
After checking reports for Data Dictionary upgrade, it seems that all DD items have NOT been merged, but now they have deleted DD810 tablespace. Customer has a second JDE EnterpriseOne 9.0 system coming from an E1 8.10 upgrade and it seems that the DD has been merged correctly.

Question: Is it possible to export DD tables from this database to import them in the second database to have complete DD Merge? Also, it seems customer planner database is NOT correctly updated too, can they import the DD tables into planner ?
