Purpose
This document attempts to address some of the basic OVM (Oracle VM) basic questions that will help to get you started on understanding and installing EnterpriseOne on OVM. This document complements <Document 884592.1>.
NOTE: There are no templates available for apps 9.2 and the ones that were available for apps 9.0 and 9.1 are obsolete and no longer available.
For pre-configured, code-current images of the software, our recommended way of doing that today is through these two offerings:
-JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Trial Edition on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - for quick deployment of a code-current demo environment
-JD Edwards One-click Provisioning - for Cloud or on-premises deployment of a demo, development, test, or production environment
