Purpose

This knowledge document is designed to help you find any EnterpriseOne log file on any platform, server client workstation or interactive/batch application.  For an Oracle Support Engineer to better troubleshoot your issue, having logs for the issue is extremely helpful.

Gathering the logs can be difficult due to the varied locations for every possible scenario that can occur in an issue.  Below we have laid out the document by major categories to help find the logs easier.

If you are on Tools Release 8.97 and above, this document covers finding logs using Server Manager.
