Goal

When using a line printer with two printer trays, the EnterpriseOne printer application does not allow for setting of the paper source for line printers.

In our current setup two logical printer names were set up on the Windows print servers and mapped them to their respective output trays. For example \\Printserver\Printer1 -> Tray 1 and \\Printserver\Printer2 -> Tray 2.

When printing from any external application like Notepad or Word to the logical printer, the print would go to the selected paper tray.  When printing from EnterpriseOne, the print job is going to the correct windows print queue but always to the default tray of the Line Printer.

Why is the print job not going to the configured paper tray that is mapped to the logical printer?
