P051121 - Speed Time Entry

Goal

When running the Time Entry By Employee (P051121) with the Manufacturing Tab processing option set to 1 "Manufacturing", and entering time entry for equipment work orders,  the following errors occur.

1. Manufacturing Constants are not set up.
2. Constants are not setup
3. Employee Rate not found.
4. Work Order Number invalid.

If the processing option is set to 0 "Payroll" the errors do not occur, why?
