E1: UBE: Intermittent Communication Problem on UBEs Submitting to Batch Server

There is an intermittent problem locating security server. JDENET returns invalid host name.
System is configured as separate batch and logic servers. At the point of the error occuring, attempting to submit a batch job would fail.
