Symptoms

After installing Windows process debugger tool (WinDbg) and uninstalling it, all UBEs are going into error status. This is because Metadata kernel is not able to create a JVM and presents the following error:

JDEJVM0000030 - JdeJvmException exception thrown - Error - non-JdeJvmException throw. JVM cannot be created!!
