E1: OMW: Unable to Change User Role for Project Receiving Error "Fetch from Table F0101 Failed" (Doc ID 1070333.1)

Symptoms

 

The user creates a new project in Object Management Workbench (OMW) and needs  to change the user role from Originator to PVC Administrator (status 01 to status 06). When trying to do this, the following error message is displayed at the bottom of the screen:

Error: Fetch from table F0101 failed.

Steps to duplicate the issue:

  1. Create a new project in OMW
  2. Double click on the owner to change the user role.
  3. Attempt to change user role from 01 to 06 on the "Project User Details" screen
