E1: BSSV: JDE Business Objects Do not Automatically JITI Properly in JDeveloper for Business Services Development (Doc ID 1072525.1)

Goal

At design time of mixed E1 objects, and Business Service development, the new changes to E1 objects are not available via the JDeveloper wizard, which prevents the correct creation of the Java business service. And at runtime when testing locally, even if the Java is coded to accommodate the new E1 objects spec, at runtime the execution of the java that interacts with the new E1 objects fails, due to the E1 objects have not really changed and are then not compatible with the Java being passed to the E1 business functions.  How can we clear the old object references on the JDeveloper workstation and have it use the new E1 objects instead?
