Purpose
The purpose of this document is to assist customers on troubleshooting the different scenarios, causes and resolutions for known issues with Server Manager Agent on Unix and Linux platforms and Enterprise Servers.
This knowledge document is designed to direct you through basic JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Server Manager Agent functionality and known issues. The knowledge attachments are not meant as a substitute for the Server Manager Guide, but as an aid for better understanding on troubleshooting Server Manager Agent processes.
