 Question 1:  Why does the message "This step is Unnecessary" show for a Benefit Group with 3 categories?  Other Benefit Groups with the same categories and plans do not show this message.
 Question 2:  Why is "This Step is Unnecessary" now showing for all plans in all Benefit Groups.
 Question 3:  Does the Current Enrollment Workfile Build (R085530) have the functionality to recognize Group Pay Period Limits?

 Question 18: What data is updated when an employee elects a plan or un-elects (unenrolls) a plan?
