Symptoms

After upgrading from EnterpriseOne Application Release 8.10 to 9.0, whenever we try to 'Hold' the jobs in 'Waiting' status, Work with Submitted Jobs application does not allow us to do so and throws an error "Action Failed"  as shown below:
