This document is to explain how individual application sets audit information during Sales Order Processing in EnterpriseOne.

This document will cover thin client configuration where GetAuditInfo may(not) cause issues. In general Audit Information is made up of USER (User ID, Who), PID (Program ID, What), JOBN (Work Station ID, Where), UPMJ (Date - Updated, When) and UPMT/TDAY (Time - Last Updated/Time of Day) and additionally TRDJ (Date - Order/Transaction).
