E1: XMLP: XML Publisher Kernel Crashes when JVM Heap Size is Increased in JDE.INI (Doc ID 1097929.1)

Symptoms

After increasing the JVM heap size in the JDE.INI for XMLPVMOptions, XML Publisher and jdenet kernels crash or reflect a zombie status. This causes all BI Publisher Report Definitions to end in error status.

Example:

Stanza = [JDE JVM]

Default Setting: XMLPVMOptions=-Djava.compiler=NONE -Xmx256M
Increased Setting: XMLPVMOptions=-Djava.compiler=NONE -Xmx1024M
