E1: XMLP: XML Publisher Kernel Crashes when JVM Heap Size is Increased in JDE.INI

After increasing the JVM heap size in the JDE.INI, XML Publisher and jdenet kernels start to crash or going into a zombie status. This causes all BI Publisher Report Definitions to end in error status.
Default Setting: XMLPVMOptions=-Djava.compiler=NONE -Xmx256M
Increased Setting: XMLPVMOptions=-Djava.compiler=NONE -Xmx1024M
