E1: UBE: RUNUBE Command Returns IPC Errors on Windows Enterprise Server (Doc ID 1103037.1)

When I run RUNUBE on the Enterprise Server being logged into the console, it only generates a log file stating it can not connect to IPC.

I'm working with the same user which is running the JDE service and belongs to the administrator group. I am working directly on the enterprise server without remote desktop.
