The Server Manager Agent will not start. You have tried restartAgent, startAgent, and/or runAgent. They seem to complete normally. But, the Agent is down in the Server Manager Management Console and the Agent service is not running as a process on the machine on which it resides.
The <agent install point>/JDE_HOME/logs/e1agent_0.log on the agent's machine contains the following java stacks:
