There has been reports of issues affecting the ability of BI Publisher Enterprise to run reports/queries against JD Edwards EnterpriseOne tables using the latest version of Data Access Driver.

Issues would initially happen when running large reports. Once reports started to fail in BI Publisher, subsequent attempts to run smaller reports also failed. Error messages would vary but they were limited to the following:

Error #1: Query Timeout

These errors would register in DAD's jasroot log file as well as on the BI Publisher screen.

Even though these are different error messages, they all represent one single issue: the ability to keep database connections open while the BI Publisher report runs.
