Goal

In this example, customer is on EnterpriseOne 9.0 with Tools Release 8.98.3.1 and is receiving an error with package builds.

The jde.log from the Deployment Server states:

[PKGBLD] - Tue Jun 22 07:21:23 - PkgStatus.cpp:1836 PKGSTS0037 ERROR: Failed to open SBF build status file \\JDEDEP01\E900\PY900\package\PKGTEST\work\sbf\Unjar_BusinessService.log.

Customers can also find error messages in the ClientPkgBuild.log as:
