E1: XMLP: Report Definition Fails (Status 'E' - Data Extraction Error) When UBE Contains Double Byte Variable Name (Doc ID 1153329.1)

Symptoms

If a UBE contains a Report Variable (or constant) whose Name contains double byte characters (Russian, Czech etc), then the XMLP job ends in error.

If you run the Version without attaching a Report Definition (RD), the job finishes successfully.

When you run the job through with a Report Definition it ends in error (status 'E' - Data Extraction Error), and does not generate the source XML file.
