Purpose

This document will help troubleshoot the could not load form, could not load event rule or could not load report errors caused by an incorrect JDK, JDE Tools Release, an ESU applied incorrectly or because of a NULL in the error message. In general this always leads to next error message:

JAS_MSG431: Fetch serialized object failed. Please contact your system administrator.

This document also helps with the following:

JAS serialized objects generate successfully as reported, however none of the EnterpriseOne forms are accessible even after a successful generation.
