The WebLogic server for JAS is up and running, but the Server Manager console incorrectly indicates that the WebLogic server is down.
Also, when starting Admin Server from Server Manager Console it displays an error message that states "Failed to start the admin server." and writes the same error message to its log file. The entire error message as it appears in the log file is provided below.
