Symptoms
Auditing is enabled for the F43008 (Approval Levels) table. Occasionally the A43008 audit table contains records with OW Without GUID in the CFRGUID column and OWNOGUID in the CFRMKEY, CFRPID, CFRUSER columns.
The OWNOGUID records usually appear in pairs. (See records 4 and 5 in screen print). The first record B4ORAFTR ='B' (B for before image) and CFRACTION=3 (3 for delete) and the second record shows B4ORAFTR='A' (A for after image) and CFRACTION=1 (1 for insert):
