Purpose

This document provides information which helps you in troubleshooting JDE related issues and capture information at the OS level.

Minimum Technical Requirements (MTRs) for Enterprise Servers

For EnterpriseOne 9.1:

Tools Release 9.1 MTRs has moved to the Certifications tab in My Oracle Support.  Please review the following link on how to navigate the Certify page in MOS.  For more information about the migration of the Minimum Technical Requirements to Oracle Certify, refer to My Oracle Support <Document 1525279.1>.

For EnterpriseOne 8.9x onwards:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 8.9x Minimum Technical Requirements for Enterprise Servers <Document 705322.1>.
