Symptoms

A database pop-up box appears and prompts for a password when applying an ESU.

The JDE.LOG shows the following:
2192/3712 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Thu Sep 16 13:12:25.565000 Jdbodbc.c1344
ODB0000163 - SQLDriverConnect failure. rc=-1

2192/3712 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Thu Sep 16 13:12:25.565001 Jdbodbc.c1344
ODB0000164 - DBC:00 [28000][18456][1] [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'PRODDTA'.

2192/3712 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Thu Sep 16 13:12:25.565002 Jdbodbc.c1354
ODB0000010 - SQLDriverConnect failed. ODBC DSN: Business Data - PROD.
