Goal

In earlier releases of EnterpriseOne (i.e. pre 8.11) the Data Dictionary glossary changes and UDC description changes were manually done from using the Software Update's Special Instructions document.

In EnterpriseOne application releases 8.11 and higher, for DD glossary changes and UDC text description changes, are these automatically merged or do you need to use the Visual Compare for UDC Descriptions and DD Glossary Tool (P96472)? There are documentation about P96472 application in the Software Updates guide, but it is not clear when to use this application.
