E1: XMLP: Email with Subject "RD Lang Mismatch" Sent by Embedded BI Publisher (Doc ID 1220026.1)

Symptoms

A BI Publisher Report with Data-Driven e-mail delivery option is submitted. The following shows the set up done in the BI Publisher Report Definitions application (P95620) and BI Publisher Object Repository application (P95600).

In this example the Object Language field is set to 'DU' (Dutch) in the Report Template Definitions (P95620), form Language and Output Types. The Report Definition is also set to send reports to Data Driven Recipient set according to field User_Address_Number_on_JOBS_ID2>.

Note: The language options displayed on the above form are based on the number of translations are available for the underlying template.

After submitting the BI Publisher report definition, user will receive the e-mail delivery in their inbox and the BI Publisher report output (PDF) is correctly attached in the e-mail. The BI Publisher report output PDF shows the Dutch language output correctly. However, the same user will also receive another e-mail message with the subject RD Lang Mismatch and the content of the e-mail message is Report Definition RD5742535H submitted by you did not generate recipient preferred language output.
