E1: PKG: Package Build Failed Due To Missing Specification ASVRHDR for P98UBE (Doc ID 1220693.1)

Symptoms

When trying to build an update package, receives an error during the "Package Build" step of the package build process.  The error occurs immediately after clicking the Submit Build button. The following error is displayed on screen and also in the jde.log file.

The requested form could not be started due to missing specification (ASVRHDR) record for application : P98UBE


The user is logged on to the PSFTPLAN or JDEPLAN environment on the deployment server while performing the Package Build step. In this case, the Tools Release level is at 8.96*.
