Symptoms

SYMPTOM 1:

Users are encountering the Internal Server Error intermittently. At this time, the logic server (BSFN server) is running at 100% CPU usage. There are 8 Call Objects kernel (COK) running actively consuming CPU resources. These processes have caused the server to run at 100% CPU continuously.

On Internet Explorer browser, the following error appears:
