E1: JAS: Intermittent Internal Server Error When Logging in to HTML/Web Client (Doc ID 1226276.1)

Symptoms

SYMPTOM 1:

Users are encountering the Internal Server Error intermittently. At this time, the logic server (BSFN server) is running at 100% CPU usage. There are 8 Call Objects kernel (COK) running actively consuming CPU resources. These processes have caused the server to run at 100% CPU continuously.

On Internet Explorer browser, the following error appears:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,........


In the logic server JDE.LOG the following errors appear:

INITIALIZING CALL OBJECT KERNEL
KNT0000888 - Call Object Kernel Thread Pool in multi-threaded mode.
KNT0000999 - Call Object Kernel Thread Pool Setting: size 20, increment 5
KNT0000099 - JDEK_DispatchCallObjectMessage: Pooled Connection: 006957E0 timed out!
KNT0000199 - JDEK_DispatchCallObjectMessage: Pooled Connection: 006957E0 still in use, can not be freed!

SYMPTOM 2:

Users not able to login to EnterpriseOne after every one hour,  E1 Services on Enterprise Server needs to be restarted to resolve the issue.  Security Kernel log shows the below message during the time of issue:
