|Question 1: We have external mail configured but users do not receive an email if it contains a shortcut link to an E1 application. Why?|
|Question 2: A long shortcut URL, such as the Expense Report Approval Link cannot be launched by MS Outlook 2007. The shortcut appears to be truncated. Why?|
|Question 3: Do you have more information on the ShortcutEncryption= parameter in the Jde.ini file?|
|Question 4: If a user receives an e-mail with an EnterpriseOne shortcut, but does not have EnterpriseOne installed on their local machine the shortcut will not open. This usually occurs when users access EnterpriseOne on a Terminal Server. Why?|
