 Question 1: We have external mail configured but users do not receive an email if it contains a shortcut link to an E1 application. Why?
 Question 2: A long shortcut URL, such as the Expense Report Approval Link cannot be launched by MS Outlook 2007. The shortcut  appears to be truncated. Why?
 Question 3: Do you have more information on the ShortcutEncryption= parameter in the Jde.ini file?
 Question 4: If a user receives an e-mail with an EnterpriseOne shortcut, but does not have EnterpriseOne installed on their local machine the shortcut will not open. This usually occurs when users access EnterpriseOne on a Terminal Server. Why?
 Question 5: Workflow processes and UBE reports are able to send simple e-mail messages, but are not able to send an e-mail with a correct URL link. Workflow ended in error and no email with URL link is received. Why does this occur?
 Question 6: When the approver receives any workflow e-mail notifications and clicks on the Workflow shortcut URL link, instead of opening a browser window to the application, it opens a "Locate Link BroEmail_Text.docer" windows dialog box.
 Question 7: Why is the EXPROUTING url too long?
 Question 8:  Why does the shortcut link generated from worklow only display in the domestic language? It is not translated into appropriate language like the rest of the email?
 Question 9: When approval application or other applications are launched from email shortcut , the environment name is not displayed on the oracle banner like it is displayed when application is launched from web client .Is it possible to display the environment and user name on the oracle banner when application is launched from shortcut link in email ?
