Symptoms

This scenario is for a new EnterpriseOne 9.0 Install. In Package Build application P9621, more than one package appear as deployed for same pathcode. If customer tries to delete one package wrongly marked as "Deployed", it is grayed out and the falsely marked deployed package cannot be deleted. It seems that some scenarios can cause more than one package for the same pathcode to be shown as being deployed.
