E1: OS: EnterpriseOne Does Not Work After Reclaiming Storage RCLSTG and IPL of AS400 (Doc ID 1266026.1)

After a weekly process to save and IPL the AS400 Enterprise server, E1 services start OK, but any UBE submitted to the server remains in Waiting (W) status.  The routine to save and IPL the server is done as follows with only one difference:

• Stop JDE services including CLRIPC.
• Do a data save.
• Delete SQL packages.
• System taken to restricted state.
• Perform Reclaim Storage (this step is added to the routine).
• IPL the system and start JDE services.

The server JDE.LOG files have several iterations of the same error messages:
