Purpose

In Payroll module occasionally you may need to issue a query to update a certain column or to delete wrongly created data through pre-payroll process. However it may not be easy for you to update/delete those records through the standard application.

So may require you to issue a query from outside EnterpriseOne for your daily business.  The issue is that the column name that appears in UTB or Central Objects may be different from what your database understands when a column heading for a certain table contains a special character.
