Symptoms

When attempting to create a new JAS instance in Server Manager, the process fails with the folllowing error in the Agent log (e1agent_x.log):

WARNING: Failed to deploy the ear '/JDEdwards/JDE_WEB/targets/WEBPY7/webclient.ear' with instance name '<Web Instance Name>'.
javax.management.MBeanException: Exception invoking method deployEAR
