The purpose of this document is to explain the setup and configuration of BSSV to be used with the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) integration.  VIES is used to validate European Union VAT Id's and may be installed and implemented by those participating countries.

This is intended for system administrators who are tasked to setup the system for VIES integration
