E1: WLS: JDBC Driver Issue in Weblogic Server Horizontal Cluster Setup (Doc ID 1293409.1)

Symptoms

After setting up the EnterpriseOne on Weblogic Horizontal, when trying to logon specifically to node2, login to JDE fails. The error message on the screen reports:

An Unknown JAS Sign in error occurred


You can successfully login to node1. The issue only happens on node2. 
The E1ROOT.LOG  has the following error messages related to JDBC Drivers:

JDBC driver com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver not found in ClassPath
JDBC driver com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver not found in ClassPath

com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException: [DATABASE_CONNECT_FAILED] Database Connection failed for DataSource System - 811.
java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver found for jdbc:as400://ENTSRV400
[DATABASE_CONNECT_FAILED] Database Connection failed for DataSource System - 811.
com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException: [DATABASE_CONNECT_FAILED] Database Connection failed for DataSource System - 811
