E1: WCS: OPS: JDE Web Sessions Associated with Portal Users Are Not Clearing from Server Manager

When a user is working with EnterpriseOne applications in WebCenter Spaces Portal (or Oracle Portal) and then logs out, the JDE sessions are not released. This is causing max connection errors because there are multiple sessions opened for the same user.
