E1:90CB: File Html Upload Function Not Working in any of the CRM Applications from the Attachment Tab (Doc ID 1296530.1)

When opening the attachments tab in the Opportunity application then selecting File as a media type, returns a blank screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Opportunity application(P90CB020)
2. Select a record, and on the next screen select the attachment tab.
3. From the attachment tab, click the media object icon(next to the word Text1)
4. Click the word File from the tool bar.
5. On the next screen it goes blank. But when accessing it from the Address Book application, it works correctly.
