Symptoms

On a Package Deployment, when user is starting the webdev client (fat client), there is an available package to install, but user is NOT able to accept the package because the OK button is greyed out and not working on the "Scheduled Packages" screen.

Error in the jde.log is:

1576/2456 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Tue Feb 15 16:31:53.993000 Jdeknobj.c3237
KNT00000182 - GetProcAddress failed from Lib. CCORE.dll for function DoesPackageExist on server E1
1576/2456 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Tue Feb 15 16:31:54.007000 Jdeobj.c2228
COB0000455 - The Business Function DoesPackageExist was not found in the Business Function Library CCORE on server E1. Because of the unknown cache-state on the server, you must exit this application all the way to the menu. Please notify your JDEdwards EnterpriseOne System Administrator to have the problem corrected before attempting to run this Business Function again.


The Business Function name related to function "DoesPackageExist" is B98826B.
It was verified if this business function DoesPackageExist (B98826B) has a correct OCM mapping. This should be mapped to run locally for the target environment..
