Purpose

This document was created for assistance in troubleshooting package builds. The document contains the names of the package build logs that you would use to troubleshoot client and/or server package builds and where to find the log files. The Server Package Build troubleshooting section has separate sections for the different platform-types: AS400 iSeries, UNIX and Linux and Intel Windows.

Scope

This document applies to all customers building packages from application releases EnterpriseOne XE to Enterprise 9.x (9.0 and 9.1.4).
