Symptoms

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 applications release level. In the deployment server, unable to login to JDEPLAN and DEP900 environment. The following error messages are logged in the jde.log when you tried to login to either of the two environments:

ODBC:X DBInitConnection shr(2) con=038F0490 env=03BA14E8 dbc=03BA1590 spid=51 cur=0,3,6 sep=. (local) A (sa@EnterpriseOne SSELocal)
JDB9900920 - Failed to find index 5 for table F98743

The table however had only three indexes defined.
