E1: INST: Unable to Log into JDEPLAN Environment on Deployment Server - JDB9900920 - Failed to find index Errors

Information in this document applies to any platform.
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 applications release level. In the deployment server, unable to login to JDEPLAN and DEP900 environment. The following error messages are logged in the jde.log when you tried to login to either of the two environments:
JDB9900920 - Failed to find index 5 for table F98743
The table however had only three indexes defined.
