Symptoms

Customer is trying to deploy the Business Services (BSSV) Configuration File, TLRI900001, which is required for Reference Implementation for WebLogic (WLS). The 8983_Oracle_JDeveloper_11g_Certification guide <document 1090650.1> has instructions to install this configuration.

Customer is getting errors in Change Assistant when attempting to deploy the configuration: 

1. The on-screen error message and error in the Change Assistant log is:

An error occured Loading Objects. Check OMW Log


2. The errors in the jde.log are:
