This document was created to assist customers on troubleshooting the different scenarios, causes and resolutions for issues involving Software Updates - ASUs / ESUs patch installs when there are errors occurring on running UBE report R989200P Data Dictionary Merge.

The Data Disctionary Merge process merges in new or update Data Dictionary items from the Software Update into the Data Dictionary datasource associated with the environment.
Tables affected: F9200, F9202, F9203, F9207, F9210, F9211, F9212
Change Tables involved in this process: F9755, F9757, F9759, F9760

Customers may need to rerun the Data Dictionary Merge UBE R989200P for during an EnterpriseOne software upgrade or to reapply the Data Dictionary changes from a Software Update , refer to Scenario 5 below - How to Manually Run the Data Dictionary Merge UBE R989200P for a Software Update (ESU or ASU) - for full details.
