E1: SOLEXP: Task View with ID '10' Does Not Show on Windows Client

Symptoms

User is unable to see or manage a newly created task view which was given task id '10'. In addition, even though no task relationships were added to this task view, attempts to remove it fail with an error indicating there are task relationships connected to the task view.

Reviewing the Task Relationships table F9001 in UTB shows there are over 1,000 task relationships connected to task view '10'.

This issue is specific to EnterpriseOne application release 8.11 and above.
