E1: DB: Unable to Login to Client After Upgrading to SSE Due to Pop Up for Entering Password because of Invalid Password Error for EnterpriseOne Local ODBC Data Source with SQL Server Express (SSE) (Doc ID 1321780.1)

The user is unable to login to a FAT Client after the local database has been upgraded from MSDE to SSE (SQL Server Express).  A package is installed on a machine that did not have MSDE previously installed.  The Deployment Server is working fine after upgrading to SSE.

A Database Password Entry pop up box appears when logging into client machine, prompting for UserID and password for the EnterpriseOne Local data source.  The administrator has changed the sa user to the expected encrypted E1 password by running ReconfigureMSDE.exe but when logging into the E1 client, it still fails to login to 'EnterpriseOne Local'.
