Symptoms

Customer doing an EnterpriseOne upgrade EnterpriseOne 8.12 to 9.0 application release level.
Tools Release: 8.98.4.2

Upgrading DV environment from E1 8.12, customer running table conversions on Enterprise Server.
E1 9.0 System Tables are stored in database instance PDRT28 and DV900 related tables (Business Data, Control Tables, Central Objects) are stored in database instance DDRT28.

"Business Data - Test" data source is configured correctly to map to DDRT28 instance, but when the first Business Data TC is run, it is trying to connect to PDRT28 with user TESTDTA.

The user gets the database login pop-up window and the debug logs will look as follows:

5100/5032 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject OCI0000065 - Unable to create user session to database server
5100/5032 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject OCI0000141 - Error - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
5100/5032 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject ORACLE DBInitCon envr=06613FC8 conn=0B808310 aujdtest01 A (TESTDTA@PDRT28) V0 Unicode=Y (srvrusers=1) 3
