An Update patch provides a mechanism through which you can obtain all ESUs patches since an E1 application release was introduced, and as they are released on a periodic basis. They are cumulative and contain all of the previously released ESUs for a particular EnterpriseOne application release since GA date.

You can access Oracle Software Delivery Cloud website using this URL:

NOTE: You can ONLY download ASUs (Cumulative Updates) from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud site. To download ESUs, customers are required to use Change Assistant Tool or Update Center.

Information pertains to any customers installing Cumulative Updates (Application Software Updates - ASUs) from EnterpriseOne 8.10 application release level onwards.

Any available Updates to EnterpriseOne application releases prior to E1 8.10 can be ordered from Global Customer Care.
